Sharing God's Love with Local Ministries

Our paths have crossed several local ministries that we were able to assist.   Some are shelters, crisis centers, some work with teens and children, and other's minister to the needs of the poverty stricken in the community and homeless.

Crossroads Treatment Center.  Crossroads Treatment Center is located on 10 acres in a farming area near Elizabethtown. We were able to provide new clothing items for the boys, canteens, detergent, bleach, paper products, bibles, food, and play station games.   Thank you for the tour of the facility & for meeting some of the boys.   I Praise God for you all, for helping  the teens like you all do!  Thank you Father for allowing us to provide something the boys enjoyed!  and for the detergent they also needed!

In the early Summer, our paths were crossed with Feast on the Word Ministries in Elizabethtown ministers to the poverty stricten & homeless in Elizabethtown.   They offer a meal, worship and service each Friday Night.  Then on Sunday, they travel to a local hotel to minister to the needs of those that are resident's.  They were in need of shoes, food, crafts for children & goody bags, personal hygiene products and paper products.  God provided, and will continue to provide as they Serve Him.  Still keeping my eyes open for your trailer.  Love you all!

Glen Dale Center serves up to 20 girls, ages 12 to 18, who are in need of special therapeutic care.   A common thread that runs through almost all of the situations is the abandonment - either physical or emotional - that the girls feel.   We were able to find the need of AA batteries and God allowed us to provide.  Sometimes something so small can mean so much to young girls & their cd players.  You are making such an amazing difference in these girls life.  I personally know, how hard it is trying to cope with situations that I had happen in my own life, I Praise God for the work you are doing!

Several years ago, we were able to assist SpringHaven the domestic violence Center in Elizabethtown, and now God has crossed our paths again.  As we started to unload the items, one of the managers stated detergent, oh, I was praying for detergent, we were needing to purchase some.  I told her, that God must have heard her prayers and answered them.  God provide new clothes for the families, food, children's crafts, new children's books, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene products and bibles.  Thank you Father for hearing their Prayers and using us as Your Vessels!

We have been assisting Warm Blessings in Elizabethtown for a several years, whether volunteering with a local church or providing for their needs.  Warm Blessings is the only soup kitchen in Elizabethtown which provides a hot meal on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 7:00 pm.  Their new location allows them to serve many new people which was unable to receive a meal due to transportation.  Again, they were in need of detergent & bleach and God provided.  We were also able to provide blankets for their homeless, food & water bottles.   I am so proud of all your ministry has overcame.  I love your new location, I know you are reaching many, many more people with Christ's Love!

THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITIES AND ALLOWING US TO BE A VERY SMALL PART!  MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
